        Program Structure & Timeline
Our 8-month intensive program starts in September 2025, designed for working professionals and recent graduates. Classes meet twice weekly in the evenings, with weekend workshops once monthly.
The curriculum progresses from blockchain fundamentals to advanced consortium network architecture. You'll work on three major projects: a supply chain tracking system, a multi-party financial settlement platform, and a healthcare data sharing consortium.
Each project involves real client scenarios from our industry partners in Taiwan's technology sector. Students often find these portfolio pieces become talking points in job interviews.
The final two months focus on capstone projects where teams of 3-4 students build complete consortium solutions. Past projects have addressed logistics coordination, academic credential verification, and cross-border payment systems.
                Kai Lindqvist
Previously led consortium implementations at three major Taiwanese banks. Kai brings eight years of hands-on experience building permission-based networks for financial services and government applications.
                Naia Kovač
Former systems architect at a leading logistics company where she designed blockchain solutions for supply chain transparency. Naia focuses on practical consensus mechanisms and network governance models.
                Seren Macleod
Specializes in connecting blockchain networks with existing enterprise systems. Her background includes successful deployments at manufacturing companies across Southeast Asia, focusing on interoperability challenges.
Core Learning Tracks
Four specialized tracks that build comprehensive blockchain expertise
Technical Foundation
Start with distributed ledger principles, cryptographic security, and consensus algorithms specific to consortium networks. We cover Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, and custom network configurations.
Hands-on labs include setting up multi-node networks, configuring member permissions, and implementing smart contracts for business logic. Students also learn to troubleshoot common network issues.
The technical track culminates with a deep dive into performance optimization and scalability considerations for enterprise deployments.
12 weeks intensiveBusiness Applications
Explore real-world use cases where consortium blockchains solve complex multi-party coordination problems. Case studies include trade finance, insurance claim processing, and regulatory reporting.
Learn to identify suitable business scenarios and design governance frameworks that balance transparency with confidentiality requirements.
Industry focusedSecurity & Compliance
Master the security considerations unique to consortium environments, including member identity management, data privacy controls, and audit trail design.
Cover regulatory compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, with particular attention to Taiwan's emerging digital asset regulations and data protection laws.
Students learn to conduct security assessments and implement monitoring systems for ongoing network health.
Certification prepIntegration & Deployment
Focus on connecting blockchain networks with existing enterprise systems through APIs, message queues, and data synchronization patterns.
Learn deployment strategies for cloud and hybrid environments, including container orchestration and infrastructure as code approaches.
Cloud nativeProgram Outcomes
Our graduates join teams at financial institutions, logistics companies, and technology consultancies. The program emphasizes practical skills that directly apply to enterprise blockchain projects, though individual career outcomes depend on prior experience, market conditions, and personal networking efforts.
